CLIENT ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Full/Part Time.

Based at our Aylsham Office.

To manage a varied portfolio of clients – individuals, sole trade, partnership and Limited companies.

To oversee all aspects of the office, reporting performance to the Operations Director based at Head Office.

To develop and grow the client base, providing additional services to existing clients, and actively seeking new business in the local area.

To lead, support and develop your team to ensure our clients are receiving an excellent client experience.

You will have gained experience working in a practice environment, and ideally be ACCA/ACA qualified (or similar) and have an excellent working knowledge of current tax and accounting issues affecting small to medium sized owner managed businesses.

We are a focused on using the latest technology available, so experience of cloud accounting products such as Xero, Receipt Bank and Futrli would be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Services

1. Review of your teams work – company accounts, partnership , sole traders , personal tax returns

2. Preparation of annual accounts, management accounts and personal tax returns

3. Manage staff and workloads to ensure internal deadlines are met

4. Provide full support to clients in person, telephone, email, slack etc

Business Development

1. Build positive relationships with clients in day to day work

2. Identify areas to develop new business or offer additional services and follow these opportunities through to ensure implementation

3. Promote the services of the business to clients and potential clients

Team

1. Oversee the training and development of your team

2. Assist your team with managing their workloads to ensure deadlines are met

3. Lead team meetings and attend management meetings to improve the business

4. Work with the management team to ensure processes and procedures are up to date
