With the increasing concern over the current coronavirus situation we want to assure you that it's business as usual here at Farnell Clarke.
What is Farnell Clarke doing to ensure continued service?
Our culture and technology already provide the opportunity for all our staff to work from home with very little disruption to the service we provide.
In the event of a lockdown situation, our services will continue as normal with the reduction of face to face meetings. However, the world that we live in today provides us with some great technology to allow us to still hold virtual meetings, and of course telephone meetings.
With our firm split across various offices we will implement the necessary action based on each location and the advice given by the government.
Our telephone system is cloud-based and therefore all our staff will still be at the end of a telephone should you require them.
What are we doing in the office to prevent Coronavirus?
Each office has been provided with extra sanitary products where possible. We are actively encouraging self-isolation should any member of staff feel they have any of the virus symptoms. Again, due to our home working policy this means that staff may still be working while self-isolating, if they're well enough to do so.
This virus could dramatically hit businesses now and over the coming weeks. If you have any concerns as to how your business may be affected, please get in touch with your account manager. If you would like any support with HR policies or staff issues, please let us know.
We will continue to update our website with any new developments over the coming weeks.Back to Blog
