We never stop learning!
The accountancy industry doesn’t stand still and nor do we with our training! We offer professional training programs and on the job learning to support your personal requirements and professional development.
Keeping you on track for success.
Everyone’s goals and ambitions are different, that’s why every member of the team gets a six-month appraisal and review, with monthly one to one meetings with your manager.
We actively support employees in their careers.
We’re always actively supporting you to maintain, upgrade and update skills to help you further your career at Farnell Clarke. We have progression plans for all of our roles so you can see what you can achieve.
Recognition and Awards
You only get one per year, let’s celebrate!
Every birthday is celebrated at FC, and what a better way than with cake! We may sing to you, but no birthday bumps!
Lunch is on us!
Tuck in to delicious (not always nutritious!) lunch.
We’ve often got something to celebrate and it gives us the perfect opportunity to get together over lunch as team.
We are award-winning!
We believe in the work that our team deliver and therefore on a yearly basis we enter industry awards. Winning these awards is for recognition for all of our hard-work.
Health and Wellbeing
A healthy balance between work and personal life is important to us, and we believe that flexibility keeps us motivated.
Sometimes 9-5pm doesn’t quite cut it, so working your hours around personal commitments can really reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
From home to the coffee shop, remote working can help focus the mind.
Working remotely to fit around you can not only enhance performance but provide you with a different working environment which is something that Farnell Clarke encourages.
Tea, Coffee, Water, Hot Chocolate, we’ve got the lot!
There’s always time for a cuppa, and we’ve got everything from fruit teas and squash to mocha on offer.
Celebrate a successful week with a game of pool and a beer.
Work hard, play hard is a motto at Farnell Clarke and that starts on a Friday afternoon when our pub ‘The Tax & Pounds’ opens for a game of pool and a cold beer (soft drinks available too!).
Holiday and Incentives
Taking a break is important!
We know that the accountancy world can be stressful with all the deadlines. Take a break, put your feet and up and relax, and don’t worry about saving that one day for Christmas.
We trust your judgement.
We give cash rewards to those who help grow our team so if you think you know someone who’d be the perfect fit, we’re always on the look-out for talented individuals.
Shutdown Over Christmas
Taking a break with family and friends over the festive period is welcomed using your uncapped annual leave.
Events and Charity
Sizzling summer shindig.
Garden games and a delicious BBQ guarantee a fun night with the FC team!
Festive spirit in abundance.
Start the Christmas celebrations early with food, drinks and plenty of partying.
Charity is at the heart of FC.
From coffee mornings to colour runs we’re always supporting local and national charities, and joining in the fun!
We’ve always got something happening!
You’re part of the FC family so it’s time to take a break from work and enjoy some socialising with your colleagues at one of our regular socials.
Quarterly catch up with your colleagues.
Remote working across multiple offices across Norfolk and Suffolk can sometimes make it hard to get everyone together. Every three months we hold our Town Hall meeting at our head office in Norwich where our board of Directors provide updates on the future plans at FC along with more pizza than you can shake a stick at!
Our people are at the heart of our business. Without our incredible team we wouldn’t be where we are today. Growing year on year we’re always looking for people to join our team.
If you love working in a modern, friendly and productive environment then you’ll fit right in at Farnell Clarke.
