Accounting just got easier – again!
As you already know, we’ve been leading the way as pioneers of Norwich cloud accounting technology for more than five years now. We chose our cloud accounting partners, Kashflow, after careful deliberation, because we loved their innovative approach and commitment to constantly evolve their technology. And their latest cloud accounting innovation is probably one of the most exciting yet! We’ve been waiting with baited breath for this fantastic development which we’re pretty confident is going to revolutionise the way we work and make life even easier for our clients too.
The new Kashflow bank feeds feature will allow you to connect your online bank accounts with your Kashflow bank accounts and import your transactions. Simple! It’s a far more efficient solution than a csv importer, and is just the beginning of a whole host of new features which will be rolled out by Kashflow in the next few weeks.
As we’d expect from Kashflow, they’ve partnered with a worldwide leader in bank data aggregation to launch this feature. Kashflow is already sharply focused on the importance of security so Yodlee has been selected as the banking solution provider because it is highly secure and already trusted by over 15 million worldwide users.
To complement this fantastic news, there’s more good stuff about new developments for bank reconciliation in Kashflow too. First, those using “old bank rec” will be pleased to hear its now supported in the new Kashflow user interface, so you can use the new bank feeds service without having to change any of your settings. If you prefer to use “split screen bank rec” we think you’ll love the updates to this system which is now viewed in a dynamic single screen called unified bank reconciliation. This new view looks very much like an ordinary bank statement, with transactions presented as a single list.
You’ll need to be using Kashflow’s new user interface to access automatic bank feeds – if you need help with this just let us know here at your Norwich cloud accountingspecialists.
