Review of quarterly VAT returns for clients.
Preparation of annual accounts, management accounts and personal tax returns.
Manage workloads to ensure internal deadlines are met.
Provide full support to clients via telephone, email, slack etc.
Build positive relationships with clients in day to day work.
Identify areas to develop new business or offer additional services.
Promote the services of the business to clients and potential clients.
Communicate effectively with others in the team.
Oversee the training and development of junior members of the team.
Assist your team with managing their workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
Contribute to team meetings and put forward ideas and feedback in order to improve ways of working.
Undertake any other tasks that may be reasonably requested.
Implement the policies and procedures set out in the Employment Handbook.
