You’ll then receive a proposal which summarises what we’ve talked about, our recommendations and, of course, the costs.
Once you’ve signed up to be a Farnell Clarke customer the fun really starts!
You’ll begin by working with our ‘Welcome on Board’ team. These lovely people are here to make sure you have a smooth and efficient introduction. They’ll spend lots of time getting to know the ins and outs of your business: discussing your objectives, pain-points and identifying where we can add most value.
They’ll also look after your new software and set up and provide you with the training you need to become comfortable and competent with the range of tech solutions we offer.
For at least three months, you’ll hear from the Welcome on Board team at least once a week. They’ll encourage you to raise any concerns or questions you may have so that, right from the off, you’re getting maximum value from your new accountants.
Once you’re ready, you’ll be introduced to our dedicated account-handling team who will become your main point of contact.
Without wishing to blow our own trumpet, our offices are FABULOUS. But more importantly, you’re always guaranteed a warm welcome. So, if you’ve had a meeting with one of our team and want to hang with us for a while, please do. We’ve got lots of private work-spaces, meeting rooms and, of course, our in-house pub – The Tax and Pounds. Whilst we only serve beer after 4pm on a Friday (unless it’s a very special occasion), the coffee machine is always on.
