Perhaps we’ve been recommended to you, or you’ve been browsing our website and you like what you see. But what happens next?
Firstly, talk to us! Whether that’s via an email, social media message or a phone call. A member of our Client Services Team will then arrange a time that suits you, to have a chat on the phone or in person - we want to hear all about you, your business and your goals. We love getting to know all about our clients! We want to know what your pain points are and what your goals are.
From this initial chat, we will produce a proposal that is specific and tailored to your needs and goals. Everyone’s service level varies and we want your package to be the one that suits you and your business.
If you’re happy, simply sign on the dotted line and let’s get going!
The next step will see our Welcome Team starting the on-boarding process. This friendly bunch are there to settle you in and get you up and running. If needed, they will train you on any new software that is included in your package, such as Xero and Receipt Bank. Your accounts will be brought up to speed, and of course they’re also here to answer any questions or queries that you have.
After around three months you will be introduced to your Account Manager and their team. Think of them as an extended part of your business, your very own finance department. If you have any questions don’t be afraid to get in contact, we want to keep in touch and there are no hidden charges for answering your emails or calls!
The accounts team are here to help you succeed and achieve your goals. We’ve got an array of different services that can help you along your business journey. Just like life, things can take a change is direction and we’re here to help you with all the twists and turns.
